VENT is mandatory.  Flasks are 15g each max of 5 per raid per person.  Epic Gems are on per item won in raid and cost 75g each.
We do 2 hour raids with max time of 3.5 hours per attendees vote.  -- give raid leader 30 min heads up if you need to leave early.
On-time is being logged on 15 mins BEFORE stated start time as marked on calendar in game.

Do not be telling your fellow guildies/party members how to play their toon unless you were asked to by said Raid Leader or that person cares to discuss spec etc with you outside of raiding time.  It gets upsetting during a raid and you call out battle rez that was already worked out with raid leader in whisper ahead of time.

We respect our Raid Leaders for dealing with the extra stress of leading by PSTing them instead of being CO-LEADER over vent or raid chat with your suggestions.

Raid invites-- 24 hours in advance before raid please RSVP.  For the raids to move forward need 7 out of 10 folks signed up and/or 17/25 man.  It is at the Raid Leaders discretion to override these rules in favor of time saved to start raiding.  This does get looked at when we are thinking of promoting you to the next level under guild rankings.

2 needs / unlimited greed -- if two raids are run back to back rolls are reset per run. (marks/tokens are considered a Need item)

When masterlooter is talking / posting BE Quiet -- if you do not care for said item type PASS in raid chat (if its an item you can equip)

BoE's in 5 man instances = GREED roll everyone- if upgrade for class in party please share with guildie.

BoE's in 10 / 25 mans:  The raid members will be given option to use one of their 2 Needs on item and MUST be equipped at time of win.  If noone need rolls on boe to equip it they will be Masterlooted and put into guild bank for other guildies to benefit from and/or sold to replenish our guild supplies for raiding.
 

Don't be stupid: What you do/say reflects upon Beyond Eternity as a guild so what you do matters when you have the BE tag.  i.e. Smarting off in pvp or party or trade etc.  This includes breaking any of the Blizzard Terms of Service rules.  Hyjal is smaller than you think for Foxy and that can/has gotten people kicked from Beyond Eternity.

Guild Chat:  There has been alot of talk about what is approved talk in guild chat. We do not like seeing WTF/MF/Screw etc in guild chat so we thought to just addopt blizzard's own emote list for BE's approved emoted/talk in guild chat... one exception is LMAO which is not on this list but is ok in guild chat.   We try to stay away from the "hot" topics to make sure we keep the peace. Guild Chat or /g to remain CLEAN "E" for everyone 24/7.

Vent:  2 or more guildies in same group/raid get on.  Vent private channels to be verified (underage) & more relaxed EXCEPT for General Channel.

Complaints against other guild members are handled through Foxy -- Do not post grievances in guild chat. Send SLYFOX wow mail if you have concern about the GM even.

Stealing (aka Ninja) loot will not be tolerated. Doing this results in immediate removal from the guild.

If your toon is "inactive" for 3 months, it will be removed from the guild (exception-- just let us know).  Don't forget your always welcome back!

Whenever you make a new toon/alt, they will start out in guild as Squire.
