Welcome and catch up with the guildies while we were having fun doing screenshots, selfies, and bullshiting each other ;-)
Discussion regarding Guild Chat and why it's important to pay attention to it. Example given of people saying a run then they start it and others in guild feeling cheated out of opportunities to go on said runs. Or to welcome new members which everyone knows is super important or to say hello to returning guildies.
Raid Topics
We had some guildies who are over the top type A personalities. As such raid protocol was being broken by them. What do we mean by this? per our Guild Guidelines -- PST any of the raid leaders vs spitting out commands to other guildies and thereby confusing them while raiding.
Raid Times are ALWAYS quoted as Pacific Standard Time being that is the server time. If you cannot do the math into your own time zone maybe you should not be raiding ;-)
Raid requirements:
Deadly Boss Mods; 340+ (heroic 355+); Proper gems and enchants; Must use VENT; Current Flasks- Talirus/Magnaheals can make in guild
Consider Artifact Power Level -- For future raids?
I could not take down all the quiz questions and answers fast enough -- over $165,000 Gold was given out to the guildies as prizes. Only 33,535 was from guild bank funds.
